If loosing and maintaining weight were solely achieved by counting calories and exercising more, there would be no need for this page. However a growing number of people are realizing that traditional methods, more often than not, just do not work, or at least, not in the long term. Of course nutrition and exercise do play an important part, but without treating the cause a tremendous number of people continue to yo-yo diet, are unable to effectively loose those extra pounds and are left feeling emotionally worse in the process.
